The works can start!
Renew Heat proudly presents the first results at the Duga Resa High School. The first contracts were signed for the start of works on the reconstruction of boiler room.
Today, we visited the boiler room at the Duga Resa High School where the supervising engineer introduced the works to the company Mi Maris, which previously has signed the contract for the reconstruction of the boiler room with Karlovac County.
This was the beginning of the main activity of the Renew Heat project, financed through the Interreg IPA CBC Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro program, through which, in the future, instead of the heating oil, the school will be heated with the biomass – wood chips.
The reconstruction of the boiler room is worth 1,47 million HRK and it includes installation of a 300 kW biomass boiler with a 3 000 l puffer tank with other supporting equipment.
